Terms and Conditions of Sales
Supplies and equipment for sale by RRA are sold as is
with no warranty, no guarantee, no returns, and no exchanges. All sales are
final. All items should be tested on site prior to purchase when able.

• Public Store Sales – Cash, Personal Check,
Business Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Visa, MasterCard
• Public Auction Sales - (Monday through
Thursday) – Personal Check, Business Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Visa,
Mastercard
• UMRolla Departments and State Agencies – UMRolla
Account Number, Procurement Card
Public Sale Day Policies and Procedures
Prices for items available for sale will be marked on
the item, clearly displayed on the stand, or found on a price guide available
throughout the store. Items found un-priced on sale days may be priced on the
spot or removed from the sales floor at the discretion of RRA employees.
Some items on the sales floor may not be available for
public sale. Occasionally items are restricted to departmental purchasing only
or the item is not available for sale until it has been fully processed by RRA
staff.
Items too large to carry must have a hold placed on it
by a RRA employee. All sold items not taken at the time of purchase must have a
sold tag placed on the item by the customer with the customer's name and phone
number clearly written on it. All sold items found without a sold tag or sold
items not picked up on time will be placed back on the floor for resale. There
will be no refunds or exchanges for items placed back on the floor.
All items must be picked up by 4:00pm two business days
after the date of purchase. RRA employees are willing to assist with loading of
merchandise as a courtesy; however RRA employees will not assist:
• if the loading is deemed unsafe
• if the item clearly will not fit
• with tying down items to trailers or
vehicle roofs.
RRA will not be responsible for any damage to purchased
items or customer vehicles while moving or loading.
Customers are expected to behave civilly towards each
other and to RRA staff at all times. Items will not be sold to customers who
run or shove others in the store. Changes in prices of supplies or equipment
can be done by the RRA Manager ONLY. Harassment of RRA employees over pricing
will not be tolerated.
Any item may be removed from the sale process at any
time if it is determined to be in the best interest of the RRA.
